Breath-Work Disclaimer

The breath-work practices offered in this session are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and self-awareness. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or advice. Facilitators are not licensed medical or mental health professionals unless explicitly stated, and nothing in this session should be construed as therapy.

Certain breathing techniques used in this practice (including but not limited to fast-paced or hyperventilation-style breathing) can cause temporary effects such as dizziness, tingling, lightheadedness, or changes in perception. These are generally normal but can be intense.

You should not participate, or should consult your physician before participating, if you have or have experienced any of the following: pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions (including high blood pressure, arrhythmia, or recent heart attack), epilepsy or a history of seizures, asthma, COPD, or other respiratory conditions, glaucoma or recent eye surgery, psychiatric conditions including psychosis, severe dissociation, or panic disorder, aneurysm or history of stroke, recent surgery, or are currently taking psychiatric medication.

Participation is entirely voluntary. You may breathe normally, modify the pace, lie down, or stop at any time without explanation. By participating, you confirm that you are voluntarily taking part, you have disclosed any relevant health conditions to the facilitator in advance, and you assume responsibility for your own well-being during the session. If you are unsure whether this practice is appropriate for you, please consult a physician before booking.

Sound Bath Disclaimer

This sound bath uses instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and other resonant tools to create an immersive listening and relaxation experience. It is intended for relaxation and well-being purposes only and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

You should consult your physician before participating, or should not participate, if you have or have experienced any of the following: pregnancy, a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device, epilepsy or a history of seizures, severe sound sensitivity (misophonia/hyperacusis), recent ear surgery or ear infection, or an active psychiatric condition such as psychosis or severe dissociation.

Some people experience strong emotional or sensory responses during sound baths, including unexpected emotions, vivid imagery, or temporary disorientation. These responses are not unusual, but please inform the facilitator beforehand if you have a relevant health condition or concern.

Participation is voluntary. You are welcome to sit up, move, or leave the space at any time. By attending, you confirm you have disclosed any relevant health conditions, are participating at your own discretion, and assume responsibility for your own well-being during the session. If you are unsure whether this is appropriate for you, please consult a physician before booking.
